Senior Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the development and deployment activities for novel ISR systems from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules and roadmaps in collaboration with technical leads to deliver successful outcomes.
• Translate customer mission requirements into technical specifications and propose architectural alternatives when necessary.
• Coordinate across internal departments including engineering, logistics, finance, and legal to build complex hardware and software solutions.
• Create and tailor narratives for diverse audiences including government stakeholders, vendors, and internal engineers.
• Execute operational deployments, including demonstrations, tests, and full site installations while maintaining budget and schedule.
• Identify and resolve communication gaps or project obstacles to ensure team progress in ambiguous environments.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Must have recent experience managing DoD programs.
• Must have an operational background working with technically advanced systems involving complex software and hardware products.
• Must have proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers.
• Must be able to create and deliver presentations and technical or programmatic reports to leadership and customers.
• Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across various domains (preferred).
