Technical Program Manager, AI/ML, GOPs AI

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end execution of AI/ML/Automation initiatives from initial discovery through post-deployment value realization.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements and identify feasibility gaps early in the lifecycle.
• Partner with data engineers and security teams to define and execute data pipelines, integrations, and security protocols.
• Manage the transition from build to run by establishing ownership models, documentation, monitoring requirements, and evaluation metrics.
• Support the creation and evolution of a multi-year AI roadmap covering capabilities and value capture.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML/Automation platforms and methodologies to build a robust partner ecosystem.
• Ensure deployed AI solutions are embedded into business processes and adopted by end users.
• Maintain visibility into the AI portfolio, including program health, technical risks, dependencies, and resource needs.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, a Master’s with 8 years, a PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience.
• Must have exposure to operations domains such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, and Spares Operations.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional AI/ML/Automation programs from concept through deployment and operational handoff.
• Must have technical fluency in AI/ML/Automation concepts including predictive modeling, LLM/RAG workflows, data pipelines, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Must have strong communication skills to present complex technical and operational topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have the ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or similar advanced manufacturing environments (preferred).
