Technical Program Manager, AI/ML, GOPs AI

What you'll do

• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI/ML/Automation platforms and build partners to create a robust ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for AI capabilities and value capture across global operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from initial discovery and solution design through deployment and value realization.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements and resolve feasibility gaps with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with data engineers and scientists to ensure production-ready data pipelines, integrations, and feature inputs.
• Establish monitoring, documentation, and training protocols to transition AI solutions from the build phase to steady-state operations.
• Advise stakeholders on applying AI capabilities to transform operational processes and improve productivity.
• Ensure deployed AI solutions are successfully integrated into business processes and adopted by end users.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years experience, Master's with 12+ years, or PhD with 8+ years (or equivalent).
• Strong exposure to operations domains including supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and order management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional AI/ML/Automation programs from concept through deployment and operational handoff.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML/Automation concepts like predictive modeling, LLM/RAG workflows, and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or similar advanced manufacturing environments (preferred).
