JOB TITLE: Technical Program Manager - AI/ML, GOPs AI
The Technical Program Manager - AI/ML, GOPs AI joins the Global Operations AI team to lead the deployment of AI, machine learning, and automation capabilities. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of use-case implementation, from initial discovery and solution design through build, deployment, and value realization. You will translate business challenges into technical requirements, partner with data engineers and data scientists to build pipelines, and manage the transition from build to run-state operations. Key technical competencies include predictive modeling, optimization, workflow orchestration, LLM/RAG workflows, intelligent agents, analytics, and Ontology or Knowledge Graph based enterprise platforms. The work focuses on transforming operational processes within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and planning to enable intelligent decision-making and productivity gains in a semiconductor equipment environment.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
Strong exposure to Operations domains including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, and Spares Operations.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional AI/ML/Automation programs from concept through deployment and operational handoff.
Technical fluency in AI/ML/Automation concepts including predictive modeling, optimization, workflow orchestration, LLM/RAG workflows, and data pipelines.
Strong communication skills to present complex technical and operational topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
Experience in semiconductor equipment or similar advanced manufacturing environments (preferred).
