What we're looking for

Proven ability to independently identify business challenges and create strategies for engineering teams while advising senior leadership on execution paths.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional program portfolios with high ambiguity, external dependencies, and complex risk management.
Fluency with AI/ML systems, automation platforms, data pipelines, and CX technologies.
Proficiency with analytics partners and BI tools like Looker and Snowflake to define metrics and interpret trends.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams in fintech or other regulated industries.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
