Exceptional program management discipline to size work, sequence dependencies, manage risk, and ship complex initiatives with quantified impact.
Fluency with AI/ML systems, automation platforms, data pipelines, and CX technologies, including comfort with BI tools like Looker and Snowflake.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to translate insights into roadmap changes across multiple CX disciplines.
Experience within fintech, financial services, or regulated industries (preferred).
Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency.
