What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in technology/product program management and cross-functional team leadership is required.
Proficiency in Lean-Agile methodologies and Agile Management Methodology (AM2) is required.
Must possess skills in data analysis, problem-solving, change management, and communication across global time zones.
Ability to manage program financials including budget, forecast, and actuals for labor, capital, and infrastructure costs.
Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools like Jira, Jira Align, or Rally (preferred).
Scaled Agile Certifications such as SAFe for Teams or Leading SAFe (preferred).
Professional certifications such as PgMP or PMP (preferred).
