What you'll do

Partner with technical and non-technical teams to ensure designs and requirements are tested and implemented.
Support roadmap planning by helping teams prioritize work and surface dependencies early.
Identify blockers and drive timely decisions to keep teams aligned on deliverables and next steps.
Facilitate workshops and status reviews to communicate program progress to senior leadership and partners.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in program management across the product lifecycle, business systems analysis, or related roles in technology-focused organizations.
Proven ability to identify technical dependencies, assess potential impacts, and independently drive cross-functional follow-through in complex environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical designs, delivery risks, and business requirements to varied audiences.
Experience creating and managing core program artifacts such as project plans, milestone tracking, status reporting, and execution governance.
Ability to work effectively with both technical partners (Product and Engineering) and non-technical partners (Business and Policy).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience supporting technology programs.
Curiosity about and comfort working alongside AI/ML-driven platforms and initiatives (preferred).
