Technical Program Manager IV

What you'll do

• Oversee the creation and optimization of technical product offerings, processes, and programs.
• Develop project plans and manage risks to drive products through successful release.
• Manage program schedules, performance metrics, and budgets to meet business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify system requirements and deliver enhancements based on technology changes.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects from inception to measurable results.
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform project schedules and deliverables.
• Execute change management strategies to ensure sustainable program success.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, Master's with 6+ years, PhD with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
• Knowledge of Program Management methods and Product Development & Release procedures (preferred).
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, or with tools like MS Project (preferred).
