What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies and select new suppliers for product launches.
Act as the primary point of contact to confirm supplier capacity and part readiness before key milestones.
Manage the transition of new products from pilot production phases to full volume production.
Perform regular cost rollups and analyze performance data to ensure products meet target costs.
Identify supply chain risks and develop selection processes for piece parts or outsourced assemblies.
Resolve discrepancies between target costs and quoted costs while presenting updates to program executives.
Provide feedback to engineering teams regarding design for manufacturability (DFx) and cost optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, PhD, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
Knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
Knowledge of Program Management methods, Product Development & Release procedures, or Change Management (preferred).
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other project management tools like MS Project or QuickBase (preferred).
