What you'll do

Oversee the creation and optimization of technical product offerings, processes, and programs.
Develop project plans and manage risks to drive products through successful release.
Manage program schedules, performance metrics, and budgets to meet business requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to identify system requirements and deliver enhancements based on technology changes.
Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to measurable results.
Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform project deliverables.
Execute change management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, PhD, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
Knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
Knowledge of Program Management methods and Product Development & Release procedures (preferred).
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Change Management, or specific PM software tools (preferred).
