QA Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Conduct audits of processes, procedures, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Evaluate subcontractor Quality Management System programs and performance.
• Develop and manage Excel databases to track performance trends and KPI metrics.
• Analyze process data to identify out-of-control conditions and recommend improvements for non-conforming products.
• Monitor corrective action plans and milestone dates to resolve internal control deficiencies.
• Assist in the design of production, engineering, and materials processes using statistical methodologies.
• Interpret complex standards, including ISO, MIL-STD, and ship specifications, to ensure QMS integration.
• Prepare updates to Quality Assurance Department procedures based on audit findings.

What we're looking for

• A college degree in Quality or a related Engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in the field or in Quality Management System program analytics.
• Must be able to interpret ISO standards, ship specifications, drawings, MIL-STD, CFRs, and ABS Rules.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and problem-solving tools is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in word processing and creating performance analytics such as KPIs is required.
• Power BI experience is preferred.
• Security Clearance is preferred.
