Technical Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate public health mission needs into specific AI use cases and software requirements.
• Identify client business needs and design comprehensive user journeys.
• Define system scenarios and edge cases to guide the development of deployable features.
• Document technical specifications, validation rules, and requirements for software applications or data products.
• Create project artifacts such as meeting briefs, presentations, and reports for executive leadership.
• Track project progress, task completion, and schedules while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to fulfill nuanced user needs through the development of digital products.

What we're looking for

• Public Trust determination is required.
• 5+ years of experience working with public health professionals in a training, business analyst, or technical capacity.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical business analyst developing specifications and requirements for software or data products.
• 3+ years of experience with project control, tracking task completion, and meeting with stakeholders like end-users and sponsors.
• 3+ years of experience developing high-quality project artifacts such as meeting briefs and reports for leadership audiences.
• 1+ years of experience using generative AI in a professional software development setting.
• Knowledge of disease control's technical operating environment, including technology stack, security, and governance processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
