What you'll do

  • Own technology initiatives from initial problem definition through implementation, testing, launch, and stabilization.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, and implementation plans.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs regarding scalability and data quality.
  • Manage dependencies across business and technology teams to resolve blockers and ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Define operational procedures for new capabilities, including ownership, support processes, and documentation.
  • Identify and coordinate necessary changes across CRM, data platforms, reporting tools, and marketing systems.
  • Create structure in ambiguous environments by sequencing work and proactively removing obstacles to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and strategic decisions proactively to maintain stakeholder trust and alignment.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, technology delivery, business analysis, project leadership, or product implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading implementation efforts from requirements through testing, launch, and operational adoption.
  • Strong technical fluency to understand system architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, environments, and technical dependencies.
  • Experience working directly with engineers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Skill to translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform (preferred).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, reporting tools, data platforms, and cloud-based enterprise applications (preferred).
