Product Owner – Investments Technology, VP II will lead the investments AI workstream and its product roadmap within the investment technology team. The role involves partnering with investment professionals, architects, and engineers to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions across research, portfolio management, trading, risk, and investment operations. Key responsibilities include executing the Agentic AI product roadmap, converting priorities into clear requirements, managing scope and risks, and ensuring sustainable adoption of automated capabilities. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in product management, strategic thinking, and business transformation to drive innovation. Required skills include experience with Agile delivery models, Data, Analytics, GenAI, Agentic AI, and modern cloud-based technology ecosystems. This role addresses the challenge of improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable business outcomes within the complex domain of asset and investment management.
Execute the Agentic AI product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across research, trading, and risk management.
Scale reusable AI capabilities across various investment functions including portfolio management and investment oversight.
Partner with business leaders and AI champions to prioritize opportunities based on strategic value and feasibility.
Convert high-level priorities into clear product requirements, release decisions, and success measures.
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery to launch and optimization.
Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for the investments AI workstream.
Drive sustainable adoption and operational readiness of AI tools across the organization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related leadership roles within asset or investment management.
1+ year of experience driving AI, GenAI, or automation initiatives within asset management firms.
Knowledge of Data, Analytics, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and modern cloud-based technology ecosystems.
Experience working with Agile delivery models and cross-functional technology organizations.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
Product Management, Agile, Cloud, AI, or related industry certifications (preferred).
