What you'll do

Design and test complete solutions to solve unique technical problems for customers.
Define new products and features to fill technical gaps and perform field trials.
Provide technical support to customers and the sales team through troubleshooting and system integration.
Test and harden existing features using firmware and hardware changes in realistic applications.
Prepare for sales demonstrations, training sessions, and bug recreations.
Create customer-facing documentation including manuals, guides, videos, and application notes.
Oversee the RMA and Loaner teams by providing equipment recommendations and vetting requests.
Travel up to 25% of the time to provide in-person engineering support and training.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent STEM field.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen) due to federal contracts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency with PC office applications and mobile devices.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, multitask, and interact with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with instruments such as spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and signal generators (preferred).
Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol, networking, and operating IP radios/modems (preferred).
