Technical Partner Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support from financial ecosystem partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key financial partners to ensure successful engagement.
• Define and implement technical integrations while ensuring all requirements are met on schedule.
• Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards for partner accounts.
• Analyze metrics and data to monitor, report, and improve partner health and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular technical reviews with partners to optimize their performance.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering and Product teams to resolve incidents and manage partner communications.
• Drive process enhancements and develop technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations.
• Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive medium to large-sized technical projects with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet partner needs.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and XML is preferred.
