What you'll do

Identify infrastructure pain points across multiple domains to develop cross-functional solutions.
Produce high-quality written proposals, technical documentation, and communication plans for stakeholders.
Execute complex technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering knowledge.
Define, scope, and drive large-scale programs to completion in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
Shape technical designs by predicting roadblocks and identifying trade-offs alongside engineers.
Develop and implement program management frameworks and KPIs to track success criteria.
Train and coach engineering teams to improve their delivery execution and capabilities.
Operationalize critical cross-functional programs for core infrastructure including compute, networking, and databases.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Must have 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of the required experience must be post-Bachelor's progressive experience.
Must have 8 years of experience in Distributed Systems and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Must have 8 years of experience in program management across all phases of software development.
Must have 8 years of experience driving process improvements and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams.
Must have 6 years of experience in core infrastructure including database, cloud compute, networking, and services.
Must have 4 years of SQL experience, 3 years of Data Analysis, 3 years of Cloud Infrastructure, and 3 years of Developer Productivity/Experience.
