  • Respond to in-flight emergency calls by coordinating resources and providing technical guidance during events.
  • Develop troubleshooting plans and guide customers and service centers through the process of returning aircraft to service.
  • Manage employee development, training plans, and performance appraisals for systems specialists.
  • Oversee the 24/7 management and dispatching of Airborne Product Support aircraft to support customers in the field.
  • Implement Lean methodology to identify and improve internal processes for better group efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or a related curriculum is required.
  • Nine years of aircraft-related maintenance and operations experience including supervisory leadership is required.
  • An A&P license, EASA B1/B2, or FlightSafety Master Technician certification with four additional years of experience may offset the degree requirement.
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of large-cabin aircraft mechanical and electromechanical systems (preferred).
