What you'll do

Perform operational testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of avionics and electronic aircraft systems.
Provide direct training to personnel on installing and testing electrical components per engineering specifications.
Execute high-quality wiring repairs including splicing, soldering, and pinning to ensure system conformity.
Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate the performance and reliability of electronic systems.
Pre-inspect the work of others to ensure accuracy before final submission for approval.
Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation for all work performed on aircraft.
Oversee compliance with engineering changes, modifications, and safety programs like FOD and tool control.
Conduct flight tests during aircraft certification and final phase testing as required.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Six years of experience in an avionics/electrical career field, or two years of accredited schooling and four years of related experience.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
A&P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification (preferred).
Experience with GIV, G450, GV, and G550 aircraft (preferred).
Proficiency in troubleshooting other systems such as hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, or environmental controls (preferred).
APU run qualification and engine run qualification (preferred).
