What you'll do

  • Own and manage data products that support simulation and test issue management for autonomous vehicle systems.
  • Maintain and evolve issue categories to ensure consistent interpretation and high-quality protocol data.
  • Identify gaps and refine issue definitions to ensure consistent taxonomy application across various teams and workflows.
  • Create metrics, dashboards, and analyses to surface trends and inform organizational decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements to make simulation and test issue workflows more scalable and efficient.
  • Contribute to additional data products and pilot initiatives to enhance overall operational excellence.
  • Act as a product owner for internal tools by documenting requirements and prioritizing development roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, business operations, tech startups, or similar analytical environments.
  • Experience contributing to strategies and solutions within complex domains involving data products or AV systems.
  • Strong communication skills for crafting summaries and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor including the ability to develop metrics and KPIs from data-driven questions.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams with differing priorities to drive shared understanding and progress.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python for data querying and analysis.
