Technical Manager of Manufacturing Applications

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end management of GxP-regulated manufacturing systems including lifecycle planning, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Ensure manufacturing systems comply with GxP regulations, internal quality standards, and inspection readiness expectations.
• Govern change management for GxP systems by coordinating validation planning, risk assessments, and testing.
• Translate operational needs from Quality, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders into compliant system capabilities.
• Oversee operational stability through incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Manage vendors and service partners to ensure compliance, performance, and documentation standards are met.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation and support internal and external audits or regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate training and user enablement to ensure proper system use and sustained compliance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting or managing manufacturing IT systems in regulated environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, management, technical lead, or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS, or related platforms.
• Experience with IT service management, quality governance, and hands-on software development using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and APIs.
• Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Exposure to manufacturing digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Experience managing GxP-regulated systems, including validation support and change control (preferred).
