AI & Innovation Manager

What you'll do

• Operationalize the AI and innovation vision by identifying opportunities, dependencies, and sequencing initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI platforms, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases to move them from experimentation into production.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI into core business processes and products.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of AI and analytics teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop AI capabilities by mentoring practitioners and improving AI literacy across the organization.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools to improve solution scalability and business impact.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, advanced analytics, or related technology roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proven experience delivering AI or analytics solutions end-to-end from concept through production with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI techniques, including machine learning, data modeling, and emerging GenAI capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead technical work while ensuring adherence to governance and security.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Experience in regulated environments, implementing AI governance, or piloting emerging technologies like LLMs (preferred).
