Technical Enablement Manager

What you'll do

• Lead foundational enablement webinars independently to ensure consistent delivery of core product knowledge.
• Deliver customized, high-engagement technical training sessions tailored to specific customer goals and requirements.
• Identify, update, and iterate on enablement content to align with evolving platform capabilities and customer needs.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve features and enablement offerings.
• Perform internal enablement for cross-functional teams including Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Mentor new hires by providing guidance on best practices in training delivery and customer engagement.
• Manage and improve recurring in-person foundation enablement events to ensure long-term success.
• Contribute to team OKRs to advance enablement operations and overall service offerings.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in technical training, support, or cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and cloud-native technologies like Infrastructure, Logs, and APM.
• Foundational knowledge of at least one major cloud provider along with familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby), configuration management, CI/CD platforms, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to communicate technical concepts to both practitioners and executives.
• Experience creating or updating enablement content and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
• Willingness to obtain Datadog product certifications and one cloud associate-level certification within the first year.
