What you'll do

Serve as the primary technical consultant for enterprise customers using Workday in complex, multi-entity environments.
Act as a technical advisor to guide customers through Workday integration, configuration, and system design.
Partner with internal teams to identify customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving API integrations.
Conduct technical discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend optimal Ramp architecture.
Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
Advocate for integration developments by sharing customer pain points with Product and Engineering teams.
Create internal documentation and tools to scale the company's ability to support Workday integrations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday, including integration patterns and enterprise deployment models.
Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows, such as General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
Proficiency in working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for customers.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
