Technical Consultant, Enterprise, Oracle Cloud serves as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for enterprise customers utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud within complex, multi-entity environments. Working alongside Customer Activation and Account Management teams, you will design financial solutions, manage integrations, and troubleshoot technical hurdles to ensure successful onboarding and expansion. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on identified pain points. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable, alongside proficiency in APIs, integration logic, and system architecture. You will navigate high-stakes, data-dense problems by translating complex technical requirements into scalable business value for large organizations requiring advanced ERP integrations and customized financial workflows across global environments.
Serve as the primary technical consultant for enterprise customers using Oracle Fusion Cloud in complex, multi-entity environments.
Act as a subject matter expert to guide customers through Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design.
Partner with internal teams to identify customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving HRIS and API integrations.
Conduct technical discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend optimal Ramp architecture and API usage.
Troubleshoot integration blockers and advise customers on complex configuration decisions for their financial systems.
Influence the product roadmap by communicating customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Create internal documentation and tools to scale the company's ability to support Oracle Cloud integrations.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules and integration patterns.
Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures.
Ability to work with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture while explaining these concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement or Oracle Projects (PPM) implementation (preferred).
