What you'll do

Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding integration, configuration, and system design.
Partner with internal teams to identify customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
Conduct technical discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend optimal Ramp architectures.
Serve as a subject matter expert on accounting features and third-party integration partners.
Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
Create internal documentation and tools to scale the company's ability to support integration use cases.
Influence the product roadmap by communicating customer pain points and feedback to Engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle Fusion and finance/accounting workflows.
Ability to work with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture while explaining these concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical solutions into business value for customers.
Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
