What you'll do

Oversee the design, delivery, and execution of Alkami’s software products for banking clients.
Meet with clients to define solution dependencies and transform business practices based on software design.
Conduct application demonstrations and discovery sessions to refine technical requirements after contract execution.
Resolve complex integration issues by working directly with third-party vendors and internal development teams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members while maintaining the internal knowledge repository.
Audit client environments and oversee the launch of Alkami products and solutions.
Create and manage documentation and toolsets to ensure the scalability of the consulting organization.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of technical background and experience.
Must have 3+ years of customer-facing and client interaction skills.
Must have 3+ years of experience working with banking core systems such as FIS, Fiserv, or Jack Henry.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Experience in financial services software development and design, specifically core and 3rd party integration (preferred).
Preference for Silverlake (CIF 2020) and Symitar core experience (preferred).
Working knowledge of SQL server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET is extremely helpful (preferred).
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
