Technical Consultant II

What you'll do

• Meet with clients to define solution dependencies and transform business practices according to software design.
• Conduct application demonstrations and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements.
• Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations to improve client satisfaction and system efficiency.
• Work directly with third-party vendors to resolve integration and design issues with external systems.
• Coordinate with Development, Configuration, and PM resources to resolve complex technical integrations.
• Audit client environments and oversee the launch of Alkami products and solutions.
• Create and manage documentation and toolsets to ensure the scalability of the Technical Consulting organization.
• Provide technical leadership and support to help team members troubleshoot systems and environments.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of technical background and experience.
• Must have 3+ years of customer-facing and client interaction experience.
• Must have 3+ years of experience working with banking core systems such as FIS, Fiserv, or Jack Henry.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
• Experience in financial services software development and design, specifically core and 3rd party integration (preferred).
• Experience with Silverlake (CIF 2020) and Symitar core (preferred).
• Working knowledge of SQL server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET (preferred).
