The Technical Consultant – Process Quality Products joins the Process Quality team to lead presales technical engagements for process quality offerings. This role involves building and delivering demos, presales collateral, and technical consultations that showcase Fault Detection, Run-to-Run, and Statistical Process Control solutions. The consultant will conduct requirements analysis, design process quality solutions, and develop technical proposals and ROI narratives. Key responsibilities include providing in-depth consultation on AI-enabled capabilities, such as anomaly detection and virtual metrology models. The position requires expertise in semiconductor fab process flows, equipment, and metrology. Candidates must possess working knowledge of ML/AI applications and familiarity with data analytics tools like Python, SQL, JMP, or Minitab to address complex customer requirements and drive successful adoption of process quality products.
Lead presales technical engagements and conduct requirements analysis to design process quality solutions for customers.
Deliver and standardize product demonstrations for Fault Detection, Run-to-Run, and Statistical Process Control solutions.
Develop technical proposals, solution configurations, and ROI narratives to align offerings with specific customer needs.
Provide technical consultation and training on product features, integration capabilities, and ML/AI applications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product capabilities into customer-facing messaging and tailored solutions.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvements.
Maintain and update presales collateral, demo assets, and training materials for the worldwide presales team.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor fab or related high-volume manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or consulting, including building collateral and delivering customer demos.
In-depth knowledge of process quality applications including Fault Detection (FD), Run-to-Run (R2R) control, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows, equipment, and metrology.
Working knowledge of ML/AI concepts and applications in process/quality monitoring, such as anomaly detection and virtual metrology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data analytics tools like Python, SQL, JMP, or Minitab (preferred).
