Technical Program Manager II

What you'll do

• Own large cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations, product teams, and business functions.
• Identify and resolve systemic risks, cross-pod dependencies, and organizational friction before they escalate.
• Build AI-powered automation tools to eliminate manual coordination and create self-executing program lifecycles.
• Maintain executive-level visibility by tracking KPIs for the company's most complex and high-priority initiatives.
• Bridge gaps between technical teams using deep domain expertise in infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
• Drive technical alignment and decision-making across various project archetypes including product delivery and operational goals.
• Develop and contribute to a TPM toolkit featuring automated risk synthesis and stakeholder mapping.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of technical program management experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to drive large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal direction.
• Engineering credibility in complex domains like observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
• Proven ability to earn trust and communicate effectively with senior engineering and product leadership.
• Active experience using AI tools daily to increase personal leverage and automate workflows.
• Demonstrated history of building tools, templates, or automated workflows used by others.
• Experience in observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML environments (preferred).
• Experience managing programs with unit economics implications like cloud cost or capacity (preferred).
