The Technical Solutions Consultant joins the Global Business Solutions team to guide middleware providers, software vendors, and third-party service providers through integration and certification. You will lead partner discovery sessions to identify technical requirements, recommend interface solutions, and translate complex workflows into clear business deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project activities across the certification lifecycle, including timelines, risks, and documentation. You will serve as a technical consultant for transaction processing systems, payment gateways, point-of-sale platforms, and merchant services integrations. Required skills include experience with systems integration, requirements gathering, and communicating technical concepts to stakeholders. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. The role solves technical integration problems within the payment processing and merchant services domain.
Lead partner discovery sessions to identify integration priorities, technical requirements, and certification scope.
Recommend interface solutions and products that align with partner requirements and payment processing objectives.

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in technical solution consulting, systems integration, operations support, product support, project management, or a related technical systems role.
4+ years of experience supporting transaction processing systems, payment platforms, payment gateways, point-of-sale systems, or merchant services technology.
4+ years of experience gathering technical requirements, documenting integration workflows, assessing risks, and guiding partners through implementation or certification processes.
4+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to business leaders, IT stakeholders, product teams, and external partners through written documentation and live discussions.
4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military experience.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Experience in B2B retail or hospitality system integration, banking, or payment gateways (preferred).
