As a Business Systems Engineer, Oracle STP, you will join the corporate functions team to support and improve critical systems for Finance and Supply Chain operations. You will serve as a functional professional bridging business and technical teams to manage the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including procurement, payables, supplier management, and expense modules. Your daily work involves managing incidents, implementing monitoring, configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, and coordinating design and testing activities using Agile methodology. You will utilize SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, and BICC reporting tools to drive data insights while overseeing software releases and SOX compliance audits. The role focuses on solving complex business requirements by translating them into technical solutions within the Oracle Procurement and Accounts Payables Cloud environments to ensure operational efficiency and seamless system integrations.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a functional expert for Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay modules including Procurement, Payables, and Supplier Management.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures for Oracle Cloud ERP and supporting applications.
  • Configure, design, and implement ERP systems to support end-to-end procurement and payables workflows.
  • Manage system incidents, software releases, version upgrades, and patches while coordinating with Oracle Support.
  • Develop data insights and reporting solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, and BICC tools.
  • Coordinate design, development, and testing activities across project phases to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, configurations, and workflows for SOX compliance and audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by monitoring emerging technologies like Generative AI.

What we're looking for

  • Expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and Oracle Accounts Payables Cloud is required.
  • 5–10 years of hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules is required.
  • 4–5 years of IT systems experience with domain expertise in Source to Pay processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud is required.
  • Experience in zip and procurement systems integrations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, and BICC reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solution architecture is required.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology for software development and system integration is required.
  • Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve STP performance is required.
