The Tech Project Manager II joins the Asset & Wealth Management Tech & OPS team to lead complex technology projects and programs that enhance firm capabilities. Required skills include proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, along with experience in CI/CD, systems integration, and automated testing. The role requires strong analytical reasoning to navigate ambiguity and technical fluency to manage trade-offs within the software development life cycle toolchain.

Execute disciplined delivery practices using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to track metrics and manage change.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for project workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while establishing validation standards for security and performance.
Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with stakeholders and creating user documentation.
Experience in resource optimization, project planning, tracking dependencies, and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Scrum Master experience or CSM certification (preferred).
