The Technical Project Manager, VP joins the Offensive AI Engineering team to translate complex objectives into executable roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Candidates must possess expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, and AI/ML concepts to engage credibly with technical stakeholders. Required tools include Jira and Confluence. Drive Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement for the engineering team.
Define, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.
Maintain a structured engineering backlog featuring clear epics, user stories, technical tasks, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, risk trackers, and decision logs.
Track execution against sprint commitments and milestones while identifying risks and removing blockers for the team.
Coordinate technical design reviews, proofs of concept, testing cycles, and production-readiness activities.
Manage complex dependencies across AI/ML, software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
Prepare executive-ready materials to communicate progress, risks, and recommended actions to leadership and customers.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
Typically 10 or more years of professional experience, including substantial experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
Practical experience leading Agile engineering delivery, including backlog management, sprint execution, and release planning.
Technical knowledge of SDLC, system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data dependencies, security controls, and AI/ML concepts.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical work for leadership and customers.
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Experience in a large financial institution or highly regulated industry (preferred); PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or similar certification (preferred).
