What you'll do

  • Oversee the design, development, test, and production transition of RF sensor products.
  • Analyze system requirements and current technologies to architect technical solutions.
  • Manage technical risks, scope work, and provide leadership to the engineering team.
  • Engage with customers to solve mission challenges and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Refine designs, make trade-off decisions, and support test and debug activities.
  • Develop production-level requirements to ensure product manufacturability and sustainability.
  • Execute detailed system and subsystem development for embedded applications in lab and field environments.
  • Analyze measured data from testing to compare expected performance against actual results.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum BS in an engineering discipline or applied science.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in industry.
  • Experience with radar and/or electronic warfare product development.
  • Experience completing the product development lifecycle on more than one project/product.
  • Experience as a project or IPT lead on one or more projects.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
