Lead System Engineering Integration & Test

What you'll do

• Lead the execution of hardware and software integration, system characterization, and troubleshooting for complex electronic systems.
• Perform design verification testing across laboratory, chamber, ground, and flight environments.
• Analyze test data and develop mitigation strategies for complex system issues and project risks.
• Author test plan procedures, non-conformance reports, requirements, and other system engineering CDRLs.
• Lead the Integrated Product Team and manage cost, schedule, and execution of development activities.
• Develop, track, and present technical metrics and results during internal and external program meetings.
• Perform trade studies on various system components and participate in cost and technical proposal activities.

What we're looking for

• Active US Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of expertise in Systems Engineering disciplines and the government program acquisition lifecycle.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with RF or radar system components including antenna, receiver, exciter, and processor.
• Experience with and an understanding of aerospace systems, especially in the development of integrated hardware/software products (preferred).
• Experience integrating sensors into air vehicles (preferred).
• Experience with Matlab, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C, DOORs (preferred).
• U.S. citizen.
