What you'll do

  • Translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for complex technology solutions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of EDI trading partners by developing integrations with back-office systems.
  • Set up EDI trading partner profiles within the McKesson EDI system (CIMS).
  • Coordinate and support existing trading partner integrations for various healthcare accounts.
  • Integrate customers utilizing McKesson Direct technologies (McKD) into the company's infrastructure.
  • Evaluate business processes and design EDI/McKD solutions through direct interaction with customer support teams.
  • Provide consultative services to guide customers toward best-practice integration solutions.
  • Manage customer integration projects involving multiple systems and various transaction types.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of EDI mapping or McKesson Direct experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in EDI trading partner management or McKesson Direct transaction setup and support.
  • Experience with API, HL7, XML, and cXML file formats.
  • Experience with JD Edwards or Enterprise One.
  • Experience with sFTP and AS2 communication protocols.
  • In-depth understanding of EDI X12 transaction sets (850, 855, 832, 810, 856) and X12 enveloping.
  • Experience implementing connectivity with software vendors in a Client/server environment.
  • Experience with SQL (Oracle and/or DB2), Salesforce, and/or JIRA (preferred).
