What you'll do

Configure and customize IBM TRIRIGA applications to meet business and operational needs.
Analyze and document business requirements to create functional TRIRIGA configurations.
Design and maintain business objects, data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Support the deployment of system changes and provide end-user training.

What we're looking for

Active TS Clearance is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or EAM systems.
Basic understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Willingness and ability to learn new software and technical concepts.
Exposure to scripting, workflows, or automation such as Excel macros or JavaScript (preferred).
Experience in a business analyst, application support, or configuration role (preferred).
