Senior Business Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex TRIRIGA-based solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, business requirements documents, and traceability matrices.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional designs for development teams.
• Design and document process improvements to optimize TRIRIGA functionality.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and design functional test cases.
• Create process flows, user stories, and workflow diagrams to guide development.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and technical teams.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior business analysts.

What we're looking for

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Ability to commute to client location in Washington DC.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or comparable work experience).
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with business analysis and implementation.
• 3+ years of strong business analysis experience with comprehensive requirements gathering and documentation expertise.
• Proven track record of independently managing moderately complex projects from requirements through delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of TRIRIGA Application Platform functionality, capabilities, and architecture (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as IIBA CBAP/CCBA or PMI-PBA (preferred).
