What you'll do

Design and implement M365 and SharePoint Server infrastructure on AWS GovCloud using Infrastructure as Code.
Configure and manage M365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange via Desired State Configuration.
Enforce security principles such as least-privilege access, password management, and audit logging for all productivity applications.
Build automation frameworks and monitoring dashboards using PowerShell and Python to drive operational scalability.
Ensure infrastructure compliance with ITAR/EAR export control requirements and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
Develop and maintain technical runbooks and engineering documentation for technical audiences and end users.
Create automated processes to reduce manual effort and increase overall operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Experience with distributed systems at scale (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
