What you'll do

Provide expert remote management, administration, and support for client production Charles River IMS solutions.
Assist clients in optimizing their use of the system and managing user privileges.
Perform parameter configuration changes and monitor daily operational processing.
Tune application and database performance to ensure high system availability.
Execute software patches and manage version upgrades for Charles River IMS and databases.
Resolve technical problems and provide assistance with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Transition new clients into production operations by collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
Identify and implement third-party tools to automate and streamline service delivery.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Finance is preferred.
Experience with Financial Services Investment Management, Trading, or related systems like Charles River IMS is highly desirable.
Experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database configuration, operations, and basic administration.
Preferred experience with servers, operating systems, networks, scripting, XML, programming languages, and job scheduling software.
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide periodic out-of-hours support for system maintenance and issues.
