What you'll do

Manage and support all aspects of production for Charles River IMS systems across multiple clients.
Perform user and group administration, including managing access privileges and permissions.
Configure and test software changes, operational processes, and interface integrations.
Execute patch lifecycle management and migrate problem resolutions to production environments.
Conduct performance troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues for client systems.
Monitor and optimize periodic batch processes to ensure system efficiency.
Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery operations.
Identify and implement third-party tools to automate and streamline service delivery.

What we're looking for

A BS degree in a technical discipline or a BA in Finance/Business with an IT concentration is preferred.
3 years of progressively responsible and relevant fintech experience are required.
Experience managing and supporting mission-critical production software applications is required.
Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server is required.
Experience with automation using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell is required.
Experience with servers, networks, database software, or IT technical skills is preferred.
Experience with Charles River IMS, securities trading software, or portfolio management systems is preferred.
Experience with job scheduling, system monitoring, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity is preferred.
