What you'll do

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to NGA College end-users.
Serve as a liaison for all events involving UDS IT equipment and infrastructure requirements.
Develop technical solutions for managing software, hardware configurations, and system architecture.
Perform advanced software installations, operating system upgrades, and system performance tuning.
Lead complex data recovery operations following scheduled backups and database archive procedures.
Conduct audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established policies.
Manage inventory for all deployed software and end-user devices.
Train large groups of end-users on the proper use of hardware and software.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must have 8 or more years of related experience.
Must possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Must have expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, Thin Client technologies, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM is required.
Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
US Citizenship.
