What you'll do

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to NGA College end-users.
Serve as the primary liaison for IT equipment and support requirements during NGA events.
Develop technical solutions for software management, hardware configurations, and system architecture.
Perform advanced software installations, operating system upgrades, and system performance tuning.
Lead complex data and media recoverability operations following scheduled backup and archive plans.
Conduct hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
Manage inventory for all deployed software and end-user devices.
Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 8+ years of related experience.
Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Must have Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
Must have ITIL v4 Foundations certification (preferred).
Must have skills in hardware/software troubleshooting, Thin Client technologies, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
