What you'll do

Provide technical support to end-users to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Perform advanced software installations and operating system upgrades for layered software packages.
Monitor and tune systems to achieve and maintain optimum performance levels.
Lead complex data and media recoverability operations following scheduled backups and archive schedules.
Configure and maintain networked computer systems including hardware, software, and applications.
Conduct hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software solutions.
Develop technical solutions for managing software, hardware configurations, and system architecture.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 5+ years of related experience.
Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Must have experience with computer backups, software updates, and troubleshooting.
Must have knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM.
Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
ITIL v4 Foundations certification (preferred).
