What you'll do

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues of high complexity.
  • Perform advanced software installations, upgrades, and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage data recoverability by executing scheduled system backups and database archive operations.
  • Configure and maintain networked computer systems including hardware, system software, and applications.
  • Conduct complex hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
  • Develop technical solutions for managing software, hardware configurations, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Train end-users on the proper use of various hardware and software components.
  • Mentor less experienced personnel on data integrity and standard solution implementations.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Must have 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Must possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge in VDI, Windows 10/11, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM is required.
  • Experience with hardware support including thin clients, printers, and VOIP phones is required.
  • Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certification (preferred).
