What you'll do

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to NGA College end-users.
Serve as a liaison to coordinate IT requirements, maintenance schedules, and technology refreshes for stakeholders.
Develop technical solutions for managing system configurations, architecture, and complex hardware/software troubleshooting.
Perform advanced software installations, operating system upgrades, and performance tuning.
Lead data recovery operations including scheduled backups and database archive processes.
Conduct audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established security policies and standards.
Manage inventory for deployed software and end-user devices.
Train large groups of end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must have at least 8 years of related experience.
Must hold a BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
Must possess Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
Must possess ITIL v4 Foundations certification (preferred).
Must be proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, Thin Client technologies, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Must have knowledge of Windows 10/11, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM.
