What you'll do

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to NGA College end-users.
Serve as a liaison to coordinate IT requirements, maintenance schedules, and system upgrades for stakeholders.
Develop technical solutions for managing complex software, hardware configurations, and network architecture.
Perform advanced software installations, operating system upgrades, and system performance tuning.
Lead complex data recovery operations including scheduled backups and database archive procedures.
Conduct audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established security policies.
Manage inventory for deployed software and end-user devices across the organization.
Train large groups of end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must have 8 or more years of related experience.
Must possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Must have expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, Thin Client technologies, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Must be knowledgeable in Windows 10, Windows 11, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM.
Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
US Citizenship.
