What you'll do

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues of high complexity.
Perform advanced software installations, upgrades, and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
Manage the configuration and maintenance of networked computer systems including hardware and applications.
Lead complex data recovery operations following a schedule of system backups and database archives.
Conduct comprehensive hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software for both small and large groups.
Develop technical solutions for managing software, hardware configurations, and infrastructure architecture.
Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced personnel regarding data integrity and system implementation.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have 3 or more years of related experience.
Must hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Must possess Security+ or CASP certification.
Must possess ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
Must possess skills in Microsoft Windows, technical troubleshooting, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
US Citizenship.
