What you'll do

Provide technical support to on-site and remote users to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Perform advanced software installations, operating system upgrades, and layered software package deployments.
Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
Lead complex data and media recoverability operations following scheduled backups and database archives.
Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Conduct advanced hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software, including large group training sessions.
Develop technical solutions for the management of software, hardware, configurations, and architecture.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 3+ years of related experience.
Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Must have experience with Microsoft Windows, technical troubleshooting, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Must have experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM.
Security+ or CASP certification (preferred).
ITIL v4 Foundations certification (preferred).
