What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.
Track change requests and trouble tickets using ServiceNow or Remedy AR systems.
Maintain configuration management and lifecycle documentation for Mission IT assets.
Provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements based on system needs.
Perform desktop system updates and manage security authorizations.
Ensure compliance with RMF, NIST, and other DoD/Navy security policies.
Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and administration tasks.
Maintain high-end workstations, laboratory equipment, and specialized intelligence systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, or a master's degree and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Expert level technical experience in server environment installation, configuration, and security.
Extensive knowledge of Windows hardware, software, and network components.
Experience with C&A, DIACAP, RMF, ICD 503, and/or the NIST Framework.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration.
1+ years of MacOS administration experience (preferred); current Microsoft Azure certification(s) (preferred).
