What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and workstation environments within network domain environments.
  • Manage Active Directory forests, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, and multi-factor authentication services.
  • Perform operating system patching, security configurations, and remediation of vulnerability findings.
  • Maintain enterprise storage solutions, backup systems, and high-availability capabilities for mission-critical programs.
  • Integrate newly acquired or merged systems and assets into existing enterprise infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and application issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Develop technical specifications, implementation plans, and documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and expert guidance for infrastructure modernization and project initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of relevant information technology experience (or equivalent training/certifications).
  • United States citizenship.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to complete and maintain a polygraph.
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level I and/or IAT Level II compliant certification.
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments, including Windows 10, 11, and Server 2016/2019+.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, and enterprise patch-management solutions.
  • Experience managing hardware, network domains, and remediating vulnerability findings.
  • Preferred: experience with multiple Active Directory forests, NetApp or Dell EMC storage, and multi-factor authentication.
