What you'll do

Perform day-to-day user and group administration, security permissions, group policies, and print services.
Assist in the build, implementation, testing, maintenance, and decommissioning of site systems.
Monitor site datacenter performance and resource utilization using analytic and reporting tools.
Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly Operations and Maintenance (O&M) checklists.
Operate SIEM tools to create complex event alarms, rules, and summary reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
Maintain systems security and ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.
Participate in the security incident response team as needed.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Must have 1+ years of related experience.
Must possess and maintain Security Plus CE to meet DOW 8570 requirements.
Must have technical training, a certification, or a degree.
Must possess skills in computer backups, IT policies, and system security.
Must have excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
Experience with STIG patching, compliance, and NOC/SOC operations (preferred).
