JOB TITLE: Systems Administrator
As an Information Management Officer on the team, you will provide expert technical support to the Mission Command Training Program at Fort Leavenworth. You will serve as the principal liaison for IT and communications systems, ensuring seamless integration during worldwide multi-echelon Warfighter Exercises. Your daily responsibilities include managing information systems, participating in exercise planning, performing network administration for classified SIPR and unclassified NIPR environments, and enforcing Department of Defense information assurance policies. You will maintain system compliance with the Risk Management Framework, manage security patches, and oversee equipment lifecycle management. Required skills include disaster recovery planning, knowledge management, and experience with Army Mission Command Systems. You must possess a Bachelor’s degree, five years of experience, and meet specific DoD Cyber Work Force qualifications for Technical Support Specialist and System Administrator roles.

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Must have 5+ years of related IT experience working independently on complex application problems.
Must meet DoDM 8140 qualifications with a primary role of Technical Support Specialist (411) and secondary role of System Administrator (451) at the Intermediate tier.
Must have proven experience with Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) and constructive training simulations.
Must have a strong understanding of Army operations, including the military decision-making process (MDMP) and warfighting functions.
Experience supporting training exercises at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level is highly desirable (preferred).
