What you'll do

Configure, install, and maintain deployable and remote computing kits.
Implement and manage distributed computing service operations processes and procedures.
Image, load, test, and configure various configuration items including PCs and laptops.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and stay current on relevant technologies.
Monitor ticket queues and facilitate the timely resolution of technical issues.
Manage the inventory, movement, storage, and disposition of IT assets.
Conduct physical inventories and provide quarterly inventory reports.

What we're looking for

Must be a US citizen.
Must currently possess and be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must have 3+ years of related experience.
Must have DoD 8570 IAT level II certification.
Must have MCSA: Windows 10 or equivalent certification/experience.
Must have experience configuring, managing, and maintaining Windows client operating systems.
Must have knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system architecture and server virtualization.
Must have an Associate's Degree or higher (preferred).
Must have ITIL v4 Foundation certification (preferred).
